Just now we have reported about it that the M140i with 340 PS & 500 NM - B58B30 TwinPower Turbo R6 does not have to cuddle in front of the current M2. Although the M2 looks a bit more brutal with its wider wheel arches and aggressive aerodynamic parts, this is much less reflected in the performance. The same applies, of course, to the M240i F22 Coupe, which is also equipped with the B58B30 six-cylinder and uses the same coupé body shape. Like the 1 Series, the F22 Coupé is designed rather cautiously compared to the M2, but the Californian tuner EAS shows us that you can of course help here too. The team on the Estoril blue painted coupe with a carbon front spoiler, BMW M Performance Parts side skirts, a spoiler lip on the boot lid and a rear diffuser provide more visual sportiness. The obligatory black kidneys and gills as well as the M Performance exterior mirrors also contribute to the sportier look.
And of course, a performance increase may not be missing and so can be achieved by means of DINANTRONICS Elite Tuner a significant increase in performance of +47 PS & 85 NM torque what does that mean from now on whopping 387 PS & 585 NM torque in the M240i, and thus 17 PS & 85 NM more than in the M2 Coupé. Incidentally, the whole thing is audible by means of the BMW M Performance Parts sports exhaust system made of stainless steel, the look of which is almost identical to the standard system installed ex works. So that the extra power is adequately brought to the road, a VMR Wheels V804 wheel set with its dark gray look and subtle design, and lowering using H&R springs, fits perfectly with the rest of the M240i. The project is rounded off with iND side markings in vehicle color. If we get even more information about the modifications to the M240i, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report.
