Even in times of Corona, the boys go from the Russian tuner Garage 54 (Гараж 54) the ideas seemingly not out. They have come up with another build that is once again pretty ridiculous, funny and crazy at the same time. You have put a Hummer H2 on 13 inch (about 33 cm diameter) rims. In the 70s and 80s this was a common size for an Opel Kadett, a VW Golf or a small Mazda. Even then, a real off-roader was equipped with larger slings. For comparison: an H1 had 16 inches and generally 36 inch (0,91 m) tires! And it should be clear that there are no suitable off-the-shelf 2 inchers for a block like the H13. So again a plasma cutter and a hammer had to be made to modify it. Then there was a paint job in gold, and the unusual lowering for the H2 was finished. And the car actually seems to drive up to about 80 km / h. You probably didn't want to test more!
