Big, bigger, Hennessey - Ford Velociraptor 6 × 6 with + 600 PS

He was still a year ago virtual, now he is reality! Next to the Venom F5 US tuner Hennessey presented the 2017 version of the VelociRaptor 6X6, of course also at the 2017 SEMA auto show. It is "The" ultimate pickup monster with over 600 HP and three axles. You only want to build the acidic floor 50 times. A year ago it was Study Velociraptor 6 × 6 who wanted to trample downsizing, and now reality is actually doing it. The projectile has broken open to the base of the 2018 Ford pickup Kahn Design Flying Huntsman 110 WB 6 × 6 Vision or the BRABUS B63S - 700 6X6 to make life difficult.

At the top there is a huge LED bar that illuminates everything that is destroyed by the steel ram in front of the cooler (including another LED light bar) if necessary. The VELOCIRAPTOR 6X6 retains the basic technology of the off-road version of the Ford F-150, which is the base vehicle. It comes from the factory with a special off-road chassis. Hennessey has lengthened the frame and the loading area to make room for the third axle. The axles were built so that both rear axles have differential locks.

And of course Hennessey does not leave the engine untouched either. The 450-liter twin-turbo, powered by water-cooled intercooler, modified air intake, new injection, modified software for engine management and a stainless steel sports exhaust system, comes with a powerful 3,5 PS. If you do not want to do that, you can forgo the increase in performance worth 603 US dollars. It continues with 22.500 inch MT tires mounted on black 35-inch rims. In order to fit these in the wheel arch, the suspension, compared to the series, was raised by a good eight centimeters and now requires the occupants to do some sports exercises to reach the cabin.

The rear got, as well as the front, a heavily modified apron and completes the crazy conversion. Who orders the full program must count on a base price of 295.000 dollars and hurry, more than 50 pieces are not to be built as a limited series namely. If we get more details about the changes, there is, of course, an update for this report. It is best to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will get in touch immediately. We wish you a lot of fun watching the pictures.
