And again an ultimate candidate for ours Tuning fail category, This time it's a pitiful Moskvich-412IE that was built from 1967 to 1976. It was actually a further development of the Moskvich-408 from 1964 and combined its robust design with a then modern and completely new light metal motor. He performed 50% better and had almost in series condition won the then ADAC Rallye Tour de Europe. It is doubtful whether this vehicle would do that. At least the subsequently installed tuning parts will sooner or later dissolve into thin air if the vehicle does not do it. There were modified aprons at the front and rear, wheel arch extensions all around and an aluminum wheel set that was much too narrow and optically unsuitable. In addition, a strangely attached rear wing, lowering, darkened taillights and new exterior mirrors essentially round off the "project". We only like the azure blue paintwork quite a bit and it suits the 50-year-old classic.
Of course that had not been the case. Our tuning magazine has tens of thousands more tuning reports in stock. Do you want to see them all? Just click HERE and look around. Or are you particularly interested in the category of our tuning accidents? Then the following excerpt is definitely the right thing.
