The guys around the Roush Performance team have a new vehicle based on the well-known Roush Performance Ford F-150 published that we absolutely have to show you. For the tuning, as I said, a thick F-150 was used as the base vehicle, but in contrast to the model linked above, it is trimmed more towards offroad (see also: Ford F-150 by Roush Performance in white). After the tuning cure that this F-150 was allowed to endure, it is, like the other two, much more exciting, individual and also more dynamic than the production version and delights its owner with strong 600PS and even more if desired. If you are thinking of buying a Ford F-150 in the future or already own one, Roush Performance is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model. As far as the changes made to the optics or the technology are concerned, we have already been able to find out the first details. As usual, we have listed what we know below in a summary. Here are the details of the Ford F-150 Pickup:
- Blue Flame Metallic Model (Blue Flames, Blue / Black Optics)
- Roush Performance Design on the side walls
- Roush grille with additional lights, bumper cover, fender flares
- 20 inch Mickey Thompson performance alloy wheels
- Performance increase (Roush Phase-1 compressor kit (600PS and 550lb-ft (745 Nm) torque, optional phase-2 package with 650PS and 600lb-ft (813 Nm) torque)
- darkened windows all around
- possibly a sports exhaust system (info is still pending)
