Finished - Toyota C-HR RR with Rowen International Bodykit

At the end of June this year we reported about it that the Japanese tuner Rowen International is working on a body kit for the current Toyota CH-R. The preview looked pretty promising and the project is currently implemented and finished. The small SUV coupé is quite conspicuous from the factory and is clearly the optical riot brother compared to the group brothers Yaris, Auris and RAV4. Toyota wants to get rid of the conservative image and appeal to a new clientele. The Japanese tuner Rowen thought "if already conspicuous ex works then the body kit can definitely add a lot ", It consists of a striking and very bulky front spoiler with Rowen typical LED lights which ensures that the front looks even more powerful but somehow even more jagged.

The bulky side skirts that don't even try to match the shape of the vehicle are also suitable. This also includes a conspicuous roof spoiler which, in our opinion, has its right to exist, because somehow it visually fits the CH-R perfectly. And the thick rear diffuser also somehow wants to fit very well with the rear, and especially the central rear fog light and the four tailpipes of the sports exhaust system in Lexus RC-F style are a cool gimmick. The presentation vehicle also received a set of in-house aluminum rims in a 5-twin-spoke design that are estimated to be 19-20 inches in size.

So that the new wheel set sits optimally in the wheel arch, the CH-R was subtly lowered and got foiled design elements on the side panel. All in all, of course, the setup looks very conspicuous and somehow typical Japanese, but at least for this vehicle is also wanted. If one chooses, for example, a black painted copy that also gets the aerodynamic parts in body color so should, in conjunction with a matte black wheelset, the overall concept rather meet European tastes.
