Anyone who chooses a pickupcamping setup decides, whose goal is usually to drive the vehicle everywhere without having to tow an additional trailer. Because if you go off-road, i.e. off the beaten track, a trailer is rather impractical. And for that kind of camping fanatic, the team at ioCamper now a solution in the form of a truck campers, which can be extended and offers the space of a mobile home. When "folded" the ioCamper is the size of a standard pick-up camper body and when extended it can accommodate up to five people. The cabin looks like a typical one Camper. When closed, it measures around 4,30 meters in length from the front overhang above the vehicle roof to the rear wall and is around 2,13 meters wide. When extended, it is even an impressive 6 meters long and thus a good 30 percent larger. You can buy the ioCamper as an empty shell or as a fully equipped model. The empty variant essentially consists of four walls, which the owner can expand according to his wishes. It comes with a double bed, a lockable door, a skylight and four windows.

Power is supplied by a 12-volt battery and includes various sockets, USB ports and LED lighting. The fully equipped version also comes with a double bed in the front and two small sofas in the rear that can be converted into single beds. There is also a dining table, a kitchen with a hot plate, a sink and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. You don't even have to do without a tiny bathroom with a sink, shower and small toilet. The entrance door is also lockable, there are also four windows (with fly screens and blinds) and the hatch in the roof. Incidentally, ioCamper comes from Europe and the products are sold by Richter-Manufactury in Germany. Photo credit: ioCamper on YouTube (screenshots)
