In a dazzling act of automotive art, Hyundai, as the North American automotive sponsor of the Disney100 Celebration, has... IONIQ 5 Disney100 Platinum Edition presented. The debut took place during the “Dancing with the Stars Disney 100 Night", which aired live on ABC and Disney+ yesterday (October 17). Based on the IONIQ 5, the Disney100 Platinum Edition stands out with special design elements. The Gravity Gold Matte finish complements those inspired by Disney Wheel designs. Other features include one Disney100 Platinum plaque, Disney100 logos on the front seat headrests, center console and floor mats as well as Disney-inspired ones Door panels. There is also a unique one Disney themed intro, which appears on the screen when opening the vehicle, accompanied by typical Disney music and sparkling fairy dust.

But what makes the IONIQ 5 so special is the creative collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering and the designers at Hyundai. The result of the collaboration is a limited edition vehicle that will come onto the market in early 2024. The viewers of “Dancing with the Stars' Disney 100 night“ were already able to take a look at the cool thing because, as already mentioned, it was seen in the opening scene of the show and during test shots of the show talents was driven. Yes, Hyundai's commitment goes beyond the vehicle. As part of one 360 degree marketing campaign Hyundai celebrates with the IONIQ 5 Disney 100 Platinum Edition a century of unforgettable Disney stories and characters that have delighted generations of fans worldwide.
