AC Schnitzer shows first tuning for the BMW i4 (G26)!

Elegant, dynamic and emission-free - this is probably the most understandable way to describe the BMW i4. After visiting the workshop of the AC Schnitzer tuning specialist, there are now even more adjectives: sporty, tailor-made and individual! Combustion engines and exhaust systems do not allow tuning in electric vehicles because they simply do not exist. However, that did not stop the tuning specialists from AC Schnitzer from developing a program for the BMW i4 that still brings the motorsport feeling to the road. The AC Schnitzer suspension spring sets with a front/rear lowering of approx. 20 - 25 mm compared to the standard suspension ensure even greater agility and precision in handling due to the lower center of gravity of the vehicle. The power is transmitted directly to the wheel sets, where you have the usual large selection at AC Schnitzer.

AC4 Flow Forming rims in BiColor Silver/Black or Black (front: 8,5×20″ with 255/35 R 20 tires; rear: 9,5×20″ with 265/35 R 20 tires) or AC1 alloy wheels BiColor Silver/ There is a choice of anthracite or anthracite in 19 or 20 inches. The wheel spacers (black anodized aluminium) for the front and rear axles for continued use of the standard rims position the wheels 10 mm further out on each side. In this way, the standard rims selected for the BMW i4 come into their own even better. The vehicle looks sportier overall and the lateral support is improved. The Aachen tuning specialists have also come up with a few ideas for the BMW i4 in terms of aerodynamics: AC Schnitzer front spoiler elements, front splitters (for vehicles with AC Schnitzer front spoiler elements) or, more precisely, front splitters for vehicles without AC Schnitzer front spoiler elements and front side wings improve the driving characteristics considerably and ensure optimum driving values thanks to increased downforce. The AC Schnitzer rear roof spoiler, the carbon rear spoiler and the rear side wings can be used for even more driving stability and dynamics at the rear.

AC Schnitzer design package

Visually, the AC Schnitzer design package for the side (2 elements per side), the rear apron protective film and the AC Schnitzer lettering (left and right) show that the driver of the i4 equipped in this way was not satisfied with the standard equipment. After visiting the tuning workshop, the driver and front passenger can also look forward to an extraordinary interior: AC Schnitzer aluminum pedals, aluminum footrest, aluminum cover "Black Line" for i-Drive system controller and aluminum keyholder meet the highest standards of design and functionality . Elegant, dynamic, (motor) sporty, tailor-made and emission-free AND individual - the i4 by AC Schnitzer electrifies BMW fans beyond the series! If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to.
