This also applies to the Königs-2er, the BMW M2 CS, which is consistently designed for high performance and use on the racetrack in every detail. If this clubsport vehicle is now launched as the “DCL DÄHLer competition line”, because the CS still has a lot of potential for optimization, it is simply the icing on the cake.

the M2 has been known from the start

DÄHLer knows the engine (S2) built into the M55 CS ex works. Already at the start of the M2 trip in 2016, the company from Belp near Bern in Switzerland was the first to have the M4 engine. transplanted into the M2 Coupé and subjected it to an additional performance cure at that time. This was also the time when DÄHLer installed the carbon-ceramic brake now used in the M2 CS in the M2 from 2016 and the first M2 convertible put on the wheels! Now the circle has come full circle: with its cutting-edge M2-CS interpretation, DÄHLer is putting the brilliant final point behind the “DÄHLer M2 story” and thus the “icing on the cake” for its own M2 conversions:

for 6-speed switch or 7-speed DCT

The complete conversion package with increased performance in combination with the Eventuri intake system and the complete stainless steel exhaust system is available for the variant with the manual 6-speed gearbox or the 7-speed DCT. As a worldwide premiere, the sum of all conversion parts is WLTP-E6d-temp-tested and EU / CH homologated! Here are the technical highlights of the puristic M2 CS (F87) "DCL DÄHLer competition line", which is immediately available in front of the workshop door, to get in and drive off - engine in the series: 331 kW (450 PS), 550 Nm (lb -ft 406):

• Performance increase level 1 “Powered by DÄHLer”: 382 kW (520 PS), 700 Nm (lb-ft 516), incl. Removal of the standard V / max limit, top speed 302 km / h. WLTP-E6d-temp-tested and EU / CH homologated.
• Performance increase level 2 «Powered by DÄHLer»: 405 kW (550 PS), 740 Nm (lb-ft 545), including the removal of the standard V / max limit. (Only as an export variant).

• EVENTURI intake system: The worldwide available and coveted EVENTURI carbon intake systems have been EU / CH homologated by DÄHLer in accordance with the latest noise and noise regulations and can be legally installed and approved with and without an increase in performance. The Eventuri carbon intake system was developed to increase engine performance. EVENTURI uses the so-called Venturi effect by means of an upturned conical filter, enclosed by a carbon / Kevlar housing. The result is an evenly laminar flow of air, which not only ensures better performance, but also better responsiveness and a new, unique sound experience.

• 4-pipe stainless steel exhaust system (Front and rear silencer) "built by DÄHLer" with the sporty, sonorous and unmistakable DÄHLer-typical sound. The exhaust system is also a visual treat, as the difference to the series is not visible from behind. And it is a completely new DÄHLer development for the two M2 models Competition and CS. The rear silencer can be combined with the standard tailpipes or optionally with the DÄHLer tailpipes with a diameter of 90 or 100 mm.
• Specifically and carefully tailored to the vehicle Clubsport coilover “Built by DÄHLer” for a further increase in agility. Or, on request, if only a visual upgrade and lowering is required, a harmonious one Sport springs «Built by DÄHLer», which explicitly refers to the «electronic
  EDC damper system »is coordinated.
