If already then! While others are working on eliciting more power from the new BMW M2 F87 Coupe and cracking the 400PS mark (e.g. Laptime Performance) the tuning team of Dähler Design & Technik GmbH from Belp near Bern (Switzerland) unpacks the sledgehammer and throws the brand new N55B30 six-cylinder in-line engine including TwinPower Turbo direct injection and Valvetronic out of the coupe and replaces it with the S55 from the BMW on request M3 F80 / M4 F82. But the 431PS strong engine does not remain standard in the sporty M2, but can be increased to a brutal 540PS (397 kW) and 730 Newton meters by means of a significant increase in performance. This enables the M2 to shoot from 4 to 0 km / h in under 100 seconds and only slowly but surely put an end to propulsion at around 320 km / h (electronically). So that the extreme performance is implemented perfectly and effectively, the M2 receives many self-developed components.

Among other things, there would be a DÄHLer Performance coilover kit, an 8-piston high-performance brake system with 400 millimeter brake discs or the brand new DÄHLer CDC1 aluminum rims in 20 inches. The guys around the Dähler Design & Technik GmbH team recently published the M2 project and of course we have to show you the vehicle. After the tuning cure that the M2 was allowed to endure, it is now much more exciting, more individual and also more dynamic than the production version and the extreme extra power can hardly be seen from the outside. If you are thinking of buying an M2 in the future or already own one, Dähler is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to setting the vehicle apart from the production model, especially in terms of performance. And if you want to approach the whole thing a little more discreetly, Dähler is the right place for you because if you wish, the factory-installed 370PS N55 engine can of course be modified significantly.
