The M models from BMW have fascinated car fans for decades and have become an integral part of the tuning scene. Above all, the M5 is the epitome of the sporty sedan in the upper middle class, and it is not only BMW fans who dream of owning such a car once in their life. With the new M5 F90, too, BMW has remained true to its style, and packs the concentrated sportiness of 625 hp in a subtle and elegant-looking sedan dress, which does not require any great showmanship. And that’s coming soon M5 CS! Regardless of whether you are a yuppie or a pensioner, everyone is dressed stylishly with the hot iron from Munich. Of course, the BMW tuning scene also knows that, and unfortunately, from our point of view, there are not only refinements, but also many worse improvements when it comes to modifying an M5. Now we are going to provide you with an M5 from the tuning company M&D exclusive card design that attracts everyone's attention.

Z-Performance wheels as an eye-catcher

The professionally modified M5, which is a pre-facelift model, rolls on ZP.Forged 2 Deep Concave wheels in 21-inch format. These concave rims are ideal for the sporty and at the same time dignified appearance of the M5, and prove to be absolute eye-catchers. On the front axle, the multi-part forged rims are 10 × 21 inches, and on the rear axle even 11 × 21 inches. The M5 also has a few OEM attachments from M GmbH, which make it look even sportier. This includes a front spoiler lip, a Gurney flap on the trunk lid, and carbon side skirts. In addition, an M Performance diffuser was installed, which should provide a lot of contact pressure at high speeds. A small gimmick are the carbon trim strips, which are integrated into the front air inlets, and the BMW kidney grille is completely black. The vehicle is painted in champagne quartz metallic, a BMW individual color, which in our eyes somehow doesn't really match the sporty demands of the M5. On a normal five-car BMW, the color looks somehow better, because it looks more conservative. In our opinion, the project would be even more consistent with a film in a sportier exterior color, as the golden brake calipers also bite a little with the champagne-quartz paint. Unfortunately, the good approach is not brought to an end, because even more can be extracted from the M5 with the stylish aluminum and the OEM carbon parts. But in the end it's all a matter of taste!

The 4,4-liter V8 biturbo gasoline engine remained unchanged

The V8 biturbo, which extracts a breathtaking 4,4 hp and a massive 625 Newton meters of maximum torque from a displacement of 750 liters, is undoubtedly a masterpiece of Bavarian engineering. Paired with a dual clutch transmission, the engine catapults the M5 from 3,3 to 0 km / h in just 100 seconds. These are values ​​that make even so many super sports cars green with envy. Unfortunately, you need the optional M Driver's Package to increase the top speed, which is limited to 250 km / h as standard, to an adequate 305 km / h. Then you can use the M5 to hunt top-class supercars on the autobahn if you feel like it, and the competition from BMW and Audi is often left behind.
