2023 BMW X5 LCI First Edition (G05) & i4 M50 Pro for South Korea!

Curtain up on a piece of automotive exclusivity from BMW. In South Korea there is now the strictly limited “First Edition" of X5 Facelift (G05 LCI). And even though the first lucky ones were able to enjoy the LCI-X5 in July, BMW is only providing this twelve copies the special edition once again for a real exclamation mark. But what's special about the edition isn't just its rarity. Buyers cannot purchase the edition in fancy car dealerships, but exclusively online shop.bmw.co.kr. A bold step? Maybe, but not uncommon in South Korea, where the M240i Coupé (G42) and the M440i Cabrio (G23) are already available online.

The design of the X5 First Edition Says goodbye to eye-catching color play and instead immerses itself in a deep black. The Sapphire black paint, combined with the M Sport Pro package and the extended one shadowline, also makes the BMW kidneys and other exterior highlights sparkle. The deep black ensemble is also 22 inches tall Alloy wheels for Double Spoke 742 M rounded. On the engine side, the plug-in hybrid drive of the X5 xDrive50e comes into play. A duo of in-line six-cylinder and electric motor delivers 489 PS. And with one purely electric range of 94 to 110 kilometers According to the WLTP, everyday life can be managed almost completely emission-free.

But that wasn't all: In addition to the deep black X5, the Koreans are also launching the electric one 4 Series Gran Coupé in a special edition, the i4 M50 Pro. With full 544 PS and a spectacular one Individual paint The Stromer also sets standards in peridot green and metallic. While online car sales are still new territory in Germany, South Korea is already showing where the journey could go. Whether X5 or i4, it seems as if the land of dawn is giving us a foretaste of what could soon become reality in Germany: buying luxury cars online with just a few clicks. It remains exciting!
