High performance in pure culture in the discreet dress of a Mercedes E-Class: With the new BRABUS 800 Supercar based on the current Mercedes E 63 S 4MATIC + W213 this principle is even more masterly realized: With 588 kW / 800 PS top performance and maximum torque of 1 000 Nm achieves this high-performance saloon superlative performance: the four-door car only needs 3,0 seconds to catapult itself from the state to Tempo 100. The maximum speed is electronically limited to 300 km / h. Of course, BRABUS also refines the look with a sporty-elegantly styled visual carbon aerodynamic kit and high-tech forged wheels with 21 inch diameter.
An exclusive BRABUS fine leather interior creates an exquisite ambiance. BRABUS offers the world's largest range of TÜV-certified performance upgrades and displacement engines for Mercedes-Benz automobiles. The engine engineers from Bottrop have now developed another tuning stage for the Mercedes E 63 S 4MATIC +. In order to generate even more power, interventions in the hardware of the engine periphery were necessary: The BRABUS performance kit includes two newly configured BRABUS high-performance turbochargers, which in addition to a larger compressor unit also have a modified fuselage group with reinforced axial bearing. This creates a maximum boost pressure of 1,6 bar.
As part of the development, tuning and endurance tests were carried out on state-of-the-art stationary engine test benches as well as comprehensive tests on the race track and in traffic. All of these tests served equally to recalibrate the injection, boost pressure, and ignition maps, which are fed into the engine management system via an auxiliary control unit, such as achieving immaculate stability, which has always been typical for every BRABUS engine.
Therefore, BRABUS also delivers this new performance upgrade with the BRABUS Tuning Guarantee® over 3 years to 100 000 kilometers (according to BRABUS warranty conditions, as of July 2013). The result of these modifications gives the BRABUS 800 its name: 138,4 kW / 188 PS means more 588 kW / 800 PS at 6 700 rpm for the charged V8. Even with the maximum torque, the tuned engine increases significantly: 100 Nm extra mean proud 1 000 Nm with only 3 600 tours. Accordingly outstanding for a sedan are the performance: From the stand, the BRABUS 800 catapults itself with 4MATIC + all-wheel drive in just 3,0 seconds on Tempo 100.
As a T-model, the Supercar from Bottrop needs a tenth of a second more. The Neungang automatic transmission can be switched either automatically or manually via the ergonomically shaped BRABUS RACE aluminum shift paddles on the steering wheel. Top speed is electronically limited to 300 km / h for both body styles. BRABUS 800 versions with even higher top speeds are under development. Of course, BRABUS also likes to give the owner of each E 63 an acoustic treat: the stainless steel BRABUS sports exhaust system with ceramic-coated tailpipe trims for all E 63 variants not only optimizes performance by reducing exhaust backpressure: thanks to the integrated exhaust flaps, the engine sound can also be activated in the cockpit by pressing a button to be influenced.
Optionally, the V8 can be driven discreetly in the quiet "coming home" mode or in the open "sport" position, which elicits an extra powerful sound from the engine. Optionally, the new BRABUS 800 can also be upgraded with sporty, elegantly designed carbon-look aerodynamic parts, which receive their finishing touches in the wind tunnel, further optimizing driving stability at high speeds. The precisely fitting BRABUS body components are available with either a high-gloss or matt coating. The face of sedan and Estate can be made even more striking with the BRABUS panels for the large air intakes on the left and right in the front apron and the BRABUS front spoiler lip, which is also attached to the bumper.
The aerodynamic part was designed by the BRABUS designers to further reduce lift at the front axle at high speeds. This further optimizes the driving stability. For optimal aerodynamic balance in the sedan also contributes to the rear spoiler, which is attached to the sedan on the boot lid. The carbon diffuser insert for the rear apron perfectly frames the two double-flow design tailpipe trims of the BRABUS sports exhaust. Of course, BRABUS optics also include tailor-made light-alloy wheels, which are TÜV-tested for all E 63 models in various dimensions up to 21 inches in diameter. The range extends to the forged BRABUS monoblock "PLATINUM EDITION" forged wheels, which are available in various designs.
At the Geneva Motor Show 2018 the wheeled vehicle will be shown in monobloc Y design. Matching the type designation, this design fascinates with its nine polished double-spoke pairs, which reach out to the outer edge and form a "Y" nine times. The BRABUS technology partners Continental, Pirelli and YOKOHAMA supply the optimum high-performance tires. On the front axle 9Jx21 wheels are driven with 265 / 30 ZR 21 tires. The rear 10.5Jx21 wheels are fitted with 305 / 25 ZR 21 tires. Not only the exciting look of the BRABUS 800 benefits from this measure, but also the handling becomes even more agile with this wheel / tire combination. Effects that can be further enhanced with the BRABUS suspension module for the standard air suspension, sedan or station wagon by approx. 20 millimeters. Another specialty of BRABUS is the exclusive interior refinement.
Under the label "BRABUS fine leather", the in-house saddlery processes the finest leather and Alcantara into an interior that meets even the most individual wishes of the customer. In color choice and upholstery designs, the variety is virtually limitless. There are also precious wood or real carbon inlays, which can also be custom made in a wide variety of colors and finishes to personal taste. An excellent example of the work of the interior designers of the Bottroper company is the BRABUS 800, which will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2018. The BRABUS BiColor full leather interior in black and red impresses not only with its color choice, but also through the millimeter-accurate stitching of the black seats. If you look closely, further details will be discovered: The black center panels of the seats were additionally perforated and lined with red leather.
In addition, the interior has been finished with custom-made BRABUS carbon inlays with a high-gloss sealed surface. Stainless steel door sills with illuminated BRABUS logo, which changes its color analogously to the ambient lighting of the interior, complete the noble interior design. The BRABUS 800 can be ordered as a sedan or T-model as a complete car. Alternatively, BRABUS converts every current Mercedes E 63 4MATIC + completely or in stages to this performance level on customer request.
