Although many still view electric cars with skepticism, there is no denying that they are becoming more and more important. Tesla in particular regularly attracts attention with good sales figures. In fact, the Model Y made it the third best-selling car in 750.000, with nearly 2022 units sold. The Model 3, the "sister model", also has an impressive fan base. And more and more often, the American electric speedsters are also finding their way into the tuning scene, as this example, equipped with top-class Barracuda Racing Wheels, shows. The vehicle was modified in collaboration with Tesla owner and well-known YouTuber time2drive (Instagram: t1reburner).
Tesla Model 3 on Barracudas
For his Model 3, he chose Project 2.0 wheels from Barracuda's Ultralight series. Thanks to their production using the Flow Forged process, the wheels are particularly light and come in a classic ten-spoke design. But what really catches the eye is their finish: they're painted a bold shade of pink! The wheels have the dimensions 9×20 and 10,5×20 inches and the corresponding tires measure 235/35 ZR20 at the front and 275/30 ZR20 at the rear. With an additional lowering of 45 millimeters at the front and 40 millimeters at the rear using a KW Variant 3 coilover kit, the aluminum fits perfectly under the fenders.
And as the crowning glory, the Model 3 has several body parts that emphasize the light-dark contrast and give the electric car an even more dynamic look: a front spoiler lip, attachments for the front apron, side skirt extensions and a striking diffuser as well as a rear spoiler lip.
