BMW has successfully established compact coupés below the M3 and M4, which quickly gained popularity. While the new G87 generation of the M2 is just coming out and has yet to prove itself, the sporty two-door's popularity is largely based on its predecessor and first M2, the F87. The foundation for this was laid by the 6.331 Series M Coupé, which was only available for a little over a year and was only built 1 times. At first glance at the front of this specimen, which has been refined by JMS Fahrzeugteile, one might think it is one of these specimens.

In fact, however, it is a 135i that received the front apron in the look of the top model as part of extensive tuning. High-quality Barracuda Racing Wheels were also installed. The decision fell on the Project 2.0 rims, which impress with their straight ten-spoke design and the classic brushed silver finish. The dimensions are 8,5×19 and 9,5×19 inches, while the tires come in sizes 225/35ZR19 and 255/30ZR19. As part of the Barracuda Ultralight Series, the wheels are manufactured using the modern Flow Forged process and are therefore lightweight. The vehicle owes the perfect alignment under the fenders to a lowering of 35 mm at the front and 30 mm at the rear with Eibach springs.

Visually impressive and sporty-dynamic

The E82 135i is also a real eye-catcher in other respects, not least because of its foiling in the 28 Black design. The front is equipped with Bauer side flaps and a spoiler lip. The latter, like the diffuser insert, comes from the tuner Rieger. The spoiler lip at the rear is part of the M Performance Parts portfolio, while the carbon wing responsible for the Cup Motorsport look comes from Carbonwerk.

Finally, an M Performance exhaust system ensures a more distinctive engine sound that does justice to the sporty, dynamic look of the coupé.
