When it comes to adding that certain something to an already beautiful vehicle DOMANIG one of the top addresses especially in the area of Mercedes tuners. And the refiner has recently taken on the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 4MATIC of the brand new R232 series and given it a proper makeover (Can you even say that considering a vehicle that is barely 1 year old?) lost. Let's start with what immediately catches the eye: the rims. Domanig has opted for Forged wheels of type D-Forged 10-Negative in the three-part Black Edition decided. They sit on the front axle in the proud dimension of 10,5×22 and are with Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 Tires in 265/30 ZR 22 format. The rear axle, on the other hand, had 12,5×22 inch rims with tires size 315/25 ZR22.

But what would such a tuning project be without a revision of the chassis? Here comes one Chassis from KW Automotive into the game that is specifically for that AMG Active Ride Control was developed with a standard lift on the front axle. The result is cool: The SL 63 4MATIC dies on the front axle 30 mm and on the rear axle 35 mm closer to the asphalt. Wolfgang Domanig himself says that the SL with the 22-inch wheels is almost as comfortable as the standard model. And special attention was also paid to leaving Mercedes' hydraulic system intact. For the perfect look, Domanig has also given the SL a successful one Stickers in Edition 1 look donated and had the door handles painted in a glossy black.
740 hp and a torque of 960 Nm
But now to the heart of refinement: performance. By using one IMSA turbocharger sates, a special one Intercooler, Downpipes with sports catalysts and its own engine management, the SL 63 4MATIC now achieves breathtaking results 740 PS and a torque of 960 Nm. And the new acceleration values speak for themselves: The 63 accelerates in just 3,2 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and if you press the accelerator pedal fully, you can reach a top speed of 330 clothes to reach. In short, what Domanig has done with the AMG SL 63 4MATIC is impressive. A vehicle that impresses us in terms of both performance and design.
