Now it's getting wild! This Dodge Challenger is not built in the 60s, but comes from the present and is based on a current one Challenger SRT Hellcat. He only got from the team of ExoMod the look of the Charger vehicles from back then. In addition, he is even from the tuner Hennessey performance trimmed for significantly more performance. It is therefore a tuning cooperation between the two companies. You have to sort that out first, right? But first things first! ExoMod Concepts grabbed a current Challenger SRT Hellcat and spent hours handcrafting it the look of a 1968 Charger. The tuner based in Greenville (Pennsylvania) has been making such conversions for some time (see below) and the final project is this white Challenger, with black stripes on the rear fenders, tailgate and a black powerdome. As usual with the ExoMod conversions, all body parts of the Challenger have been replaced by light carbon parts.

According to ExoMod, the shape of the current Challenger lends itself perfectly to a classic Charger-inspired design, and we agree. The front section now features a typical black radiator grille reminiscent of the original Charger. A massive black front spoiler and a new bonnet with striking air intakes are also installed. And of course, appropriate changes were also made at the rear of the Dodge. Including four round rear lights and there were also new tailpipes. The massive use of carbon also leads to a weight reduction of exactly 181 kg.
And the lighter weight strikes significantly more performance. Because, as already mentioned, the engine is tuned. Under the hood sits a 6,2-liter Supercharged Hellcat V8 powered by Hennessey performance has been tuned and generates approx. 1.000 hp at 6.500 rpm and an insane 1.285 Nm of torque at 4.200 rpm. The modifications made include the installation of a belt pulley upgrade, a modified compressor intake manifold, stainless steel exhaust manifolds, a high-performance intake system, new injectors and a tailor-made sports exhaust system. The supercharged V8 is also still coupled to the well-known 8-speed automatic, which is installed ex works and drives the rear wheels.

"The impressive drive train, from a company that has been making 'fast cars even faster' for more than 30 years, perfectly complements our individual carbon modular principle.However, modern Challenger vehicles that are optically modified by ExoMod and tuned for performance by Hennessey are not cheap.
