Genesis Motor Europe has announced details of its European debut in 2021. The official start of sales for Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain is planned for summer 2021. The Korean premium luxury brand, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, promises European customers a unique kind of personalized customer service: the “Genesis Experience”. With an attractive and very transparent price model and a five-year all-round service with no hidden extras, the vehicles will be available both online and in showrooms for end customers in sought-after inner-city locations in Munich, Zurich and London.

The focus of the brand experience is the "Genesis Personal Assistant", who takes care of all service and maintenance questions and is always available to the customer as a personal contact. The aim is to provide Genesis customers with the most stress-free shopping experience possible. All maintenance work or even visits to the workshop are organized by the “Genesis Personal Assistant”. No Genesis customer has to register his vehicle for a workshop visit in the future or have to wait - his vehicle will be picked up directly from his home and parked in front of the house or office door after the workshop visit.

Orders for the Genesis G80 sedan and the Genesis GV80 SUV will be available soon. The Genesis G70 and Genesis GV70 models will follow shortly thereafter. As a clear commitment to the region, the Korean premium manufacturer will be presenting a model this year that has been specially developed for the European market.
After its world premiere at Auto Shanghai in April 2021, the fully electrified Genesis G80 will be the first EV model to make its debut in Europe.
Two further EV models - one of them on its own EV platform - will also be launched in Europe within the first year of the product launch.
Genesis: European market entry in 2021
Genesis Motor Europe will enter the European stage in summer 2021 and will begin its gradual market launch with Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain.
Genesis will take an omnichannel approach and offer direct sales online and in three showrooms in the centers of Munich, Zurich and London. The Genesis customer service includes a collection and delivery service for all maintenance and workshop appointments. This also includes the delivery and delivery of the vehicle directly to the front door before and after visits to the workshop. Also included is the Genesis five-year service package, which includes the following:

The new Genesis G80 and GV80

As a commitment to Europe and to meet customer demands, the G80 and GV80 enjoyed their road vote at the Genesis European Research and Development Center.
Both models have been specially developed and tested to meet the needs of European customers. Tens of thousands of kilometers in 15 countries were covered on some of the toughest and most demanding roads in Europe and of course on the legendary Nürburgring racetrack.
On the way to electrification
The Genesis G80 is the first fully electric Genesis model for the European market. Two more EV models will follow, so that European customers will have a choice of three Genesis zero-emission vehicles within the first year. One of these vehicles will be produced on a specially developed new platform.
