A preview of Hyundai's new jewel: The 2024 Ioniq 5 N!

It was a brief but exciting (official) look at Hyundai's latest electric car, the Ioniq 5N. The South Korean automaker had a detailed Video posted to YouTube showing the inflated Ioniq in all its glory. The video has since been deleted by Hyundai, but thanks to some quick YouTubers, there are still ways to see it. The official launch of the Ioniq 5 N is for the July 13th at the Goodwood Festival of Speed planned. But the little film that was released ahead of schedule already gives a good foretaste of what awaits us. The special features of the Ioniq 5 N immediately catch your eye: the sporty one Performance Blue livery is going through red accents contrasts - a typical feature of the N models from Hyundai.

The look is rounded off by 21-inch BiColor rims, which are equipped with 275/35 ZR21 tires and behind which red calipers with the distinctive N logo. Compared to the conventional Ioniq 5, the N offshoot is generally much more aggressive. This is expressed by additional air intakes in the front apron, ventilated rear fender and shiny black Mirror covers, Also the roof spoiler, the trapezoidal third Stoplight and the rear diffuser with integrated fog lights in the middle fin contribute to the sporty appearance. The boomerang-shaped ones are particularly striking vents and the subtle integration of the pixelated design theme into the tail lights.

And the inside of the Ioniq 5 N seems just as exciting. The digital speedometer shows impressively that the electric car up to 300 km/h can be fast. And the N options, including the N Drift Optimizer and the N Race mode, will be on a special N infotainment display presents. Another highlight is the function N Torque Distribution, which directs 70% of the torque to the rear axle. The Steering wheel The Ioniq 5 N also features an N logo and an N button. And sporty accents set that too Checkerboard pattern on the pedals and side skirts as well as the front ones Seats with integrated headrests and luminous N logo.

Under the hood of the Ioniq 5 model year 2024?

Although the video doesn't reveal exact specs, we can assume that the Ioniq 5 N is a Dual motor four wheel drive system with almost 600 PS will have under the hood. Added to this is a Battery with higher density and probably also artificial noise from engine and gears. We are looking forward to the official presentation of the Ioniq 5N on July 13th. Stay tuned!
