Lorinser G80: impressive rebirth of the Mercedes G-Class!

Stuttgart is once again the center of attention in the automotive world. The Lorinser tuners have unveiled their latest creation: the G80, a limited power all-wheel drive vehicle based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 (W 463A). The massive off-roader has no less than 800 hp and is therefore an impressive increase compared to the standard output of the G 63. The powerful monster of the streets and off-road is not only remarkable because of its sheer power, but also because of the attention to detail and the craftsmanship that has been included in the refinement. This includes optimized engine control software, an additional CPC control unit and a new flap sports exhaust system. The G80 also got a set of suspension springs, which ensure improved driving dynamics and give the G a sportier appearance by lowering it by around 30 millimeters.

The exterior of the G80 is also a real eye-catcher. Lorinser has given the G80 a special look by using a front attachment and side air intake frames as well as a striking carbon hood attachment. There is also a roof edge spoiler and another cover for the spare wheel cover. But that's not all: The 11×23 inch RS 10 S rims from Lorinser in black with partially high-sheen fronts and 305/35 R23 tires give the G80 an unmistakable and impressive look. And inside, the G80 is as exclusive as it is outside. Lorinser has equipped the interior with a new leather interior in light blue, which is highlighted by dark blue decorative stitching and piping.

Eye-catcher for connoisseurs: details make the difference

A highlight is definitely the starry sky under the roof, consisting of countless small LEDs that can light up in 64 different colors. But as with every good thing, there is a catch: on the one hand, only 10 G80s are made, which makes it a real rarity, on the other hand, everything has its price: the Lorinser G80 is only available from a hefty €349.000 . But for those who have the spare change, the limited power all-wheel drive vehicle is certainly worth every penny. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report.
