SOD PEAK 8×6 / 8×8
The vehicle is the result of cooperation between off-road specialists and experienced vehicle builders. With a length of 7,5 meters it offers plenty of space and the living area is characterized by the use of the finest materials and well thought-out details. This turns the villa on wheels into a unique premium-class expedition vehicle.
Specially designed motorhome box body
The motorhome box body has a length of approx. 7500 mm, a width of approx. 2400 - 2550 mm and an interior height of approx. 2300 mm. For heavy off-road use there is also a subframe with specially adapted longitudinal and cross members, which is completely hot-dip galvanized and has a double three-point bearing. The vehicle has EW3 windows with blackout and insect screen, a roof hatch KCT tempered glass with insect screen and blackout, storage compartment flaps and an entrance door with insect screen. It is also equipped with a central locking system that has a coded lock and works alternately for the body and storage compartment flaps.
Exterior and basic hydraulic/electrical equipment
The entire vehicle roof is covered with a powder-coated aluminum duet or quintet sheet. It has a 24V hydraulic system connected to the vehicle batteries and a basic control block that allows the functions to be controlled. A hydraulically folding rear underride guard, a laterally extendable access step and a hydraulic outrigger system with automatic leveling are also part of the equipment.
Driver's cab – comfort meets aesthetics
The interior of the cab features a luxurious leather package that includes perforated leather seats with honeycomb quilting for the driver and front passenger. Furthermore, the dashboard, the side panels and the headliner are wrapped in leather/Alcantara. Additional applications in nappa leather and handles in leather with hand-stitched seams underline the luxurious aesthetics. The specially developed and sound-optimized SOD sound system also ensures optimal entertainment. This makes every journey a unique acoustic experience. There is also an additional TV and a fascinating starry sky in the cab, including a color changer, which takes the ambience to a new level.
And the color scheme is just as appealing: the driver's cab, the driver's cab attachments and the decorative grille are in elegant graphite gray metallic, while the chassis and wheels are painted deep black. On the exterior, the LED light bar stands out at the front, supplemented by dimmable ambient lights. And in case you should ever get stuck, there is a rescue winch with winding device and remote control on board. All in all, the SOD PEAK is a true giant among expedition vehicles that uncompromisingly combines technology and comfort and takes adventure seekers to new horizons.
