Are you ready for the ultimate campervan experience? With the Frankia Yucon 6.0 and 7.0, the manufacturer has created the so-called Microliner, a campervan that not only follows the current trend, but also meets the highest demands. As early as 2019, Frankia launched its first panel van conversion, the Yucon, which was originally intended for two people. But since the introduction of the optional pop-up roof, the Yucon now offers space for four berths. However, the prices for the Frankia Yucon 6.0 start at an impressive EUR 81.400, with the pop-up roof costing another EUR 10.000. For the longer Yucon 7.0, which offers even more space with an exterior length of seven meters, prices even start at 86.400 euros (as of June 2023).
Frankia Yucon 6.0/7.0
What is special about the Yucon 6.0 and 7.0 is the segment Frankia calls the "Microliner". Here the manufacturer is breaking new ground not only in terms of size, but also in terms of design. The interior impresses with a modern design with lots of white and light wood, which creates a spacious feeling. One of the highlights is the "inside-out kitchen", which acts as a counter when the side door is open and whose table can simply be hooked onto the outside of the kitchen. The equipment also includes a gas cooker, a small sink and an 84 liter compressor fridge. The tanks offer space for 110 liters of fresh water and 55 liters of waste water, and there is also a small bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, shower and a practical mirrored cabinet opposite the kitchen unit. As usual, the sleeping places are in the rear.
Frankia Yucon: luxury on wheels
In the Yucon 6.0 BD there is a large transverse bed, in the 6.0 and 7.0 there are two longitudinal beds and with the rear door open you can enjoy nature right from your bed in the morning. And there is no lack of storage space either. In the Yucon 7.0 there is a "garage" under the bed and in the 6.0 BD the transverse bed can be folded up to the side to transport bulky items. There are also numerous storage compartments under the ceiling. The campervans are based on the Mercedes Sprinter and are available in different versions of the two-liter diesel. A six-speed manual transmission, automatic climate control, keyless go, cruise control and a multifunction steering wheel are included as standard. All-wheel drive, automatic transmission, a larger diesel tank and many other extras are optional.
And finally ... The Frankia Yucon 6.0 and 7.0 set new standards in the field of campervans with their sophisticated design, high-quality equipment and optimal use of space. They impressively combine comfort and luxury with practicality and functionality. Whether it's a short weekend break or an extended road trip - with the Frankia Yucon you are well prepared for every adventure. The price is certainly not a bargain, but those who are willing to invest in high quality and excellent comfort will find a reliable and comfortable companion for unforgettable camping experiences in the Yucon.
