Baby blue powerhouse: 650 hp & 800 Nm in the Manhart MH3 650 Touring!

For a long time, a BMW M3 Touring was just a dream of many automobile enthusiasts and fans of the M series. But now BMW has fulfilled the wish and launched the M3 in the sixth model generation as a touring version. Of course, the MANHART Performance team immediately set their sights on the new station wagon in order to further optimize its capabilities. The result is the MANHART MH3 650 Touring, which celebrated its spectacular world premiere in May 2023 at the Tuning World Bodensee in Friedrichshafen. In the standard version, the doubly charged S58B30T0 straight-six of the Touring brings 510 hp and 650 Nm to the asphalt, which thanks to the xDrive all-wheel drive are always controlled and effortlessly available.

The MANHART team was able to get even more out of the already impressive values. By integrating the proven MHtronik additional control unit, the MH3 650 touring now stately 650 hp on the test bench. The maximum torque climbs to a strong 800 Nm. A Remus rear silencer with four 100 millimeter MANHART tailpipes and HJS sport downpipes also ensures the appropriate sound. The MH3 650 also differs from the series M3 Touring visually in that it has a significantly more dynamic and individual look. And lowering the body with adjustable H&R lowering springs ensures an even sportier silhouette.

With the sports springs, the new wheel-tire combinations harmonize perfectly with the fenders. There are MANHART alloy wheels by Yido Performance in the format 10,5×20 inches ET15 and 11,5×21 inches ET17 with tires of sizes 285/30ZR20 and 305/25ZR21 that were installed. The modern and concave designed alloys have a black finish, while two spokes each stand out with a baby blue accent line. And the color is also picked up by the eye-catching bodywork foil, which contrasts with the carbon-look foiled roof. The carbon add-on parts also set numerous dark accents. These include the bonnet and the spoiler lip from the M4 CSL, MANHART radiator grille kidneys and angled MANHART attachments as well as lateral M Performance winglets on the apron.

there is even a starry sky

In addition to the mirror caps of the optional M Carbon exterior package, MANHART attachments on the front fenders and MANHART side skirts add further carbon accents. And finally, in the interior, a starry sky made of countless fine LEDs under the roof creates a particularly luxurious atmosphere - the dream of the M3 Touring has definitely come true ...
