MANHART Sport SV 650: Refined Range Rover Sport with 653 hp!

Land Rover is known for its luxury SUVs and SUVs, which exude a high level of sophistication and elegance even in the basic configuration. This applies in particular to models with the suffix "Sport" and in particular to the extensive Range Rover lines. Despite their already excellent condition, British XNUMXxXNUMXs offer plenty of scope for customization and improvement. The MANHART Performance team already has these possibilities with their unique implementations of the Defender and velar demonstrated. And now they present their latest creation: the MANHART Sport SV 650.

MANHART Sport SV 650

The vehicle, which exudes impressive dynamism both visually and technically, is based on the third-generation Range Rover Sport, which was launched just last autumn. More precisely, a model of the P530 First Edition was taken as a starting point. It features the most powerful of the available petrol engines, a 4,4-liter turbocharged V8, which is also used in the BMW M850i. In the standard equipment, the unit already delivers 530 hp and 750 Nm. However, by using the proven MHtronik additional control unit, MANHART was able to get even more power out of the engine.

As the MANHART Sport SV 650, it now delivers impressive ones 653 PS and 900 Nm. And a remote-controlled MANHART exhaust system from OPF ensures an even more intense sound. However, there is currently no TÜV certificate for this and the increase in performance, with the exception of the rear silencer. To further optimize the vehicle, MANHART lowered the Range Rover by about 30 millimeters by installing coupling rods, but also without TÜV approval. The changed chassis height harmonizes perfectly with the new, oversized MANHART forged wheels, which measure 10×24 inches and are fitted with 295/35ZR24 tires.

Double and Y spokes in typical MANHART gold

The eye-catching wheels combine double and Y spokes and are finished in typical MANHART gold, which makes them a real eye-catcher. The design fits perfectly with the individual design of the body, which is skilfully highlighted by a MANHART decal set with numerous golden lettering and decorative stripes on the black paintwork.
