Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio as MANHART QV 600 with 653 PS!

It's no longer a secret that the team from Manhart Performance also poaching away from the BMW brand. The repertoire is growing steadily and of course the manufacturer Alfa Romeo should not be missing. Here, too, there are vehicles that already have sufficient power in series production, but according to Manhart can still take a shovel more. And one of those vehicles is that Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio (Type 952, 2.9 V6 QV AT8), which has a Ferrari F154 six-cylinder ex works and can be described as exotic compared to the competition in the form of the Mercedes-AMG C63 or the BMW M3 / M4. And that's exactly what Manhart has now clearly revised and as limited Manhart Giulia QV600 brought to the streets. And as usual with Manhart, the special type designation gives an outlook on the output that is now available. However, you stack up pretty deep. Because the sporty Italian does not “only” get an upgrade to 600 horses, but to over 650. At least with the presented vehicle this is with a power output of 653 PS and 790 NM torque the case.

Of course, the result is always dependent on the serial output provided and can accordingly vary. The additional performance is achieved, among other things, by means of new Downpipes with 200-cell sport catalysts, Remus rear silencers with 4 × 100 mm carbon tailpipes and the 2,9-liter V6 also got two Stage 3 turbocharger.

Equipped in this way, the aforementioned 653 hp and 790 Nm torque ensure significantly improved acceleration values, which we are unfortunately not aware of in detail. Incidentally, the factory 8-speed automatic transmission continues to shift and the power still comes out on the road via rear-wheel drive. We estimate the acceleration to country road speed to just over 3 seconds and the top speed should be around 330 km / h. Incidentally, the tuner leaves the braking system in its original state, on Suspension but something has been changed. And there was a lowering by means of H&R sport springs at the front and rear axle. 

Forged wheels from the Classic-Line series

And a new one too wheelset has been donated to the Giulia. Are built in 20 inch forged wheels from the Classic-Line series by Manhart in the format 8,5 × 20 inches with 255/30 tires at the front and 10 × 20 inches with 295/25 slippers on the back. The rounds are painted black and skillfully sit down with a yellow one pinstripe off the rim flange. And the color combination can also be found on the vehicle.

The Giulia Quadrifoglio got one Decor set with matt gray / yellow racing stripes over the hood, roof, tailgate and on the sides and additional accents on the front apron, the rear diffuser and Mirror covers. Black ones too tail lights are installed in this copy. By the way, Manhart only builds 10 vehicles as a MANHART QV 600 and an approx. 2 month old used copy is currently 3.750 kilometers for 119.500 € offered.
