Unique McLaren MSO High Sport (HS) based on 675LT!

Hardly any vehicle manufactured by McLaren is as rare as this one MSO HS, which is also called 688 HS is known. And this vehicle from McLaren London is one such example and it can even be bought right now. Production of the 688 HS was limited to McLaren only 25 copies limited and the basis was always the 675LT. However, the HS was tuned by McLaren MSO with a variety of performance-oriented and aerodynamic modifications. Among the most important visual changes are the big ones canards made of carbon on the front apron, the Roof cap, ventilation gills on the front wheel arches and a towering active one rear wing, which can also work as an airbrake. The aerodynamics package is said to generate a good 240 kilograms of downforce at around 220 km/h.

In addition, McLaren has even more compared to the 675LT Carbon parts and a lighter windscreen reduced the weight a little (by around 40 kilograms, dry weight around 1.230 kilograms). And this particular MSO HS is in MSO Racing Green painted and decorated with flashy yellow Accents contrasted. The vehicle is also on matt black Rims, behind which there are yellow calipers hide. And inside? This shows what is typical for an MSO HS model Lightweight carbon racing seats with four-point belts and also a special one Telemetry system for the race track is included.

3,8-liter V8 with two turbochargers

In addition, there is a lot Alcantara and in the rear, of course 3,8-liter V8 with two turbochargers from the 675LT. However, he performs well in HS 688 PS & 700 Nm torque (between 3.000 rpm and 7.000 rpm). The approximately 2.000 miles (3.200 km) super sports car is said to still cost a hefty £599.995 (approx. €696.100) and is therefore almost twice as expensive as some used 675LT. If we get more information about the vehicle, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to.
