Done: 2023 Nissan Z with widebody kit from tuner VeilSide!

The Japanese tuner VeilSide has revealed his latest project! As already teased by us VeilSide has been working on a body kit for the brand new Nissan Z for a few months, which is now finished as the FFZ400. And the kit is doing the rounds right away too! Because not only VeilSide teased the car, but also Sung Kang, the actor who plays Han in the "Fast & Furious" film series. So do we still see the VeilSide Z in Fast & Furious 10, or only in the twelfth and final installment of the film series? Since Fast & Furious 10 is scheduled to hit US theaters on May 19, 2023, that seems a little short-term to us. The upcoming Fast & Furious installment is the eleventh feature film in the Fast & Furious franchise and is a sequel to 9's Fast & Furious 2021.

Nissan Z with Wide body kit

The vehicle that made its official debut on the Tokyo Auto Salon 2023 will give (January 14th to 16th) was presented by Kang as "Han's 400Z" and is dubbed "FFZ400" by VeilSide. The first photos show that the body of the base Nissan Z has been extensively modified. The bumper was lengthened slightly forward and sharpened significantly. There were also massively enlarged side skirts and of course massive ones fender flares with visible rivets.

At the back, the body kit encloses the rear and gives the Japanese a new one rear spoiler with vertical winglets that make the car a bit Batmobile. Unlike the famous Movie car the FFZ400 is not completely black, but black and orange. Both the vertical winglets and the center section of the hood are painted black and branded with the VeilSide name.

So far no information about tuning the engine!

According to Veilside's spec sheet, the car will continue to be powered by the 3,0-litre VR30DDTT engine, which produces a strong 405 hp stock. Unfortunately, nothing has been mentioned so far about possible modifications to the engine by VeilSide. However, we already know that the Z is a custom built Sports exhaust , and a Chiptuning should have. There is a high probability that at least 500 hp will be the result. In addition, the coupé has a Airride air suspension installed, there were 20 inch VeilSide Andrew ForgedRims with Bridgestone Potenza tires and a DIECOCK speaker system in the cabin.

VeilSide FFZ400 - 'FF', made in just two months, VeilSide 5-spoke wheels in 20", uncut rear fenders, duck-tail rear spoiler, bride seats with suede-like fabric and VeilSide logos (also for the door cards used) etc.

According to VeilSide, Sung Kang's car will be "driven in a film hitting theaters in 2024". Since "Fast X", as already mentioned, will premiere in May 2023, our assumption for the 11th and last Fast & Furious film is therefore obvious. Alternatively, a completely different strip is also conceivable. We are excited! If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report.
