WTF !! Mazda RX-7 made entirely of carbon? VeilSide makes it possible!

Reading time 2 Min.

The guys around the Japanese VeilSide Team have published a few pictures of a crazy RX-7 project that we absolutely have to show you. The Mazda was given a complete carbon body kit that each of the series parts (apart from the roof and the supporting pillars) replaced by a carbon counterpart. The orange Mazda RX-7 from Fast and Furious - Tokyo Drift, which also came from the hand of the tuner, shows that VeilSeide has quite experience with such tuning construction sites. After the tuning cure that the Mazda RX-7 was allowed to endure, it is now definitely much lighter and, of course, visually very impressive. If you are thinking of buying an RX-7 in the future or already own one, the VeilSide team could be an interesting starting point when it comes to converting the vehicle completely into carbon. However, we have to point out that it may also be a one-off item, unfortunately we do not currently know more about this. But as far as the changes made to the body are concerned, we have learned a few details. As usual, we have listed what we know below in a summary. If you discover any further changes that we have not listed, just use the comment box and let us know!

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one 2003er Nissan 350Z from Tokyo Drift from VeilSide just look at the photo hint below on the tuner name!

  • Complete body made of carbon (front wing, side skirts, rear wing, fuselage, all fenders, doors, bonnet, bumpers)
  • Roof and supporting columns not made of carbon
