It is currently considered the ultimate tuning object! With the start of series production at the Leipzig plant, the BMW M2015, presented in October 2, experienced innovations like no other model before. Various highlights such as the aerodynamic shape, new alloy wheels and general improvements in terms of performance were officially presented shortly after the M2 was released. Of course, the suspension specialists at H&R would also like to do their part for an even more impressive driving experience. Despite the already excellent tuning of the M2's chassis, the H&R professionals have refined to further refine the sporty focus. In addition to a tailor-made set of sport springs, H&R has an exclusive coilover kit for the M2 in its repertoire. It is obvious that there is a lot of potential in the M2. This is particularly clear through the adjustment range of the H&R Monotube coilover kit (including front axle aluminum support bearings & pendulum supports) on the front axle.
the better M4?
As a result of this conversion, the coupé moves 30 to 40 millimeters and at the rear even 20 to 45 millimeters towards the road. The lowering increases the driving comfort in everyday life and thanks to its sporty attributes the M2 also collects additional plus points on the racetrack. Even the external appearance benefits from the upgrade, as the standard 19-inch models are better accentuated in the wheel arches. The lower center of gravity of the M2 also leads to improved steering behavior. True to the famous slogan “BMW - sheer driving pleasure”, the result is an even sportier driving experience. From now on, the highest levels of motorsport expertise from H&R are combined in the M2 with full suitability for everyday use on public roads. Of course, H&R also gives the new coilover kit a TÜV certificate. A legal safeguard for the approval of the conversion is thus completely included.
