It's hard to believe, but even the most powerful AMG production vehicle of all time still seems to have potential for more power. This dull blue one Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ E Performance (X290) is the ultimate example. The vehicle was tuned by the Nürburgring-based AMG tuner OPUS Automotive a first Stage 1 increase in performance subjected to the already unbelievable 843 hp ex works and even more unbelievable 1.470 NM torque strong GT 63 S-Hybrid-Coupé even stronger can be. The result leads to almost insane ones 1.550 Nm torque (still electronically limited) and the performance of the entire system is maximum according to OPUS 952 PS. They are divided into a maximum of 204 hp from the electric motor and a massive 748 horses from the 4,0-liter V8 (M177LS2) under the long hood.

8,55 seconds at 200 km / h

Despite the total weight of more than 2,4 tons, this ensures driving performance at the level of a thoroughbred super sports car. Because the AMG only needs from the start 2,7 seconds at 100 km / h and the 200 mark falls after absurd 8,55 seconds. That's around a second faster than the production vehicle. The first OPUS performance level with TÜV should be available from mid-September 2022 and the upgrade can be combined with a special one if desired Exhaust flap control. Even on a new one exhaust system one is already tinkering. And also one OBD lowering module you already ready. It makes for a Lowering from the vehicle level in a matter of seconds by up to minus 20mm in drivable condition and for show purposes are even minus 40 millimeters makeable.

And OPUS is far from finished with the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ E Performance. The tuner would like to promptly 1.000 hp sound barrier crack.
