Unique: Porsche Slantnose 911 (964) RWB by Daniel Arsham!

In this short article we would like to introduce the Porsche Slantnose 964 RWB by Daniel Arsham that was presented a few days ago. The unique vehicle is the result of a collaboration between the famous artist and the legendary Porsche tuner RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF (RWB). It is the world's first Slantnose Porsche 964 RWB, inspired by Japanese street racing tradition (Midnight Club) and automobile manga (Wangan Midnight & My Favorite Carrera) is inspired. The Slantnose 964 RWB by Daniel Arsham combines the aerodynamic nose and fold-out headlights of the 964 with RWB's signature styling. However, in this case without the riveted wide fenders. Instead, ultra-wide fenders are also used, but these are seamlessly integrated into the body. At the front, the fenders have gill-like air openings in the upper area and the side skirts are also new. These are fixed in the typical RBW style with visible screwing.

Of course, there is also a completely new front apron with large visibly screwed headlight openings and of course there is a typical RWB wing in XXL format and a black taillight strip at the rear. The rear apron has not (or hardly) changed. The "RWBA" lettering on the rear wing, which stands out clearly from the snow-white paintwork, is particularly striking. The exterior is generally all white apart from a few black accents. There are also chrome-plated drop center rims and these sit perfectly in the fat wheel arches thanks to the heavy lowering.

And then there's the interior, which is finished in a stunning teal (Arsham Green Pantone). By the way, the car was released with a limited clothing collection, which according to our information is only available at 2G in Shibuya. For the project, Daniel Arsham personally visited RWB founder Akira Nakai's Chiba workshop and commissioned illustrator kia_asamiyART to create bespoke manga drawings to provide context. The RWBA is "Inspired by the rich Japanese street racing tradition (Midnight Club) combined with automotive manga like Wangan Midnight and My Favorite Carrerasays Arsham. The car pays homage to Japanese car culture and is a creative interpretation of the classic Porsche 964.

Will the Slantnose conversion remain a one-off?

The Porsche Slantnose 964 RWB by Daniel Arsham is a masterpiece of art and craftsmanship that blurs the lines between past and future. It's a dream car for any Porsche enthusiast and a testament to the visionary power of Daniel Arsham and Akira Nakai. It is not yet known whether RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF (RWB) and its owner Akira Nakai from Japan (Nakai-san) are planning further slantnose conversions.
