Of course, the result is once again unique in terms of perfection and wealth of ideas, and like every vehicle - the now world-famous tuning company - this one is absolutely unique. The XNUMX was of course completely dismantled and then restored and rebuilt from scratch. This achieves a vehicle that has been put back into the condition of a new car. And as always, it has become a Restomod specimen. That is to say, components from the present came into the body from back then.
Honor Roll Commission project
The Honor Roll Commission project is equipped with a 4-liter air-cooled 6-cylinder and also has a perfect body with modified aprons in the front and rear in elegant metallic gray, exposed fuel filler cap and oil filler neck and, as always, fenders, bumpers, bonnet, engine cover, etc. made from ultra-light carbon. Of course, the Zuffenhausen resident stands on a set of classic aluminum rims in the Fuchs design and it is highly likely that this vehicle will also use the proven Öhlins coilover kit. And of course, the cabin of this XNUMX is again an absolute feast for the eyes and cannot be beaten in terms of attention to detail. The two-color interpretation of the passenger compartment is responsible.
Orange & black as a contrast in the XNUMX
In addition to many black surfaces with a smooth leather look, the interior with a lot of orange details is a contrast. Orange adorns the front and rear seats, the floor, the door panels, part of the dashboard, the center console and much more. The ultra-light Recaro sports seats are of course also made of carbon fiber and covered with perforated leather. The dashboard is made of nickel and the cabin has chic alabaster seams. Singer even made the rear seat from carbon and at the same time lined the front luggage compartment with quilted orange leather and alabaster contrasting stitching.
