Can you still remember the refined VW Amarok from the Polish tuner Carlex design recall? We reported about it in mid-August and showed that the practical Amarok can also be equipped with a lot of style and nobility. The entire interior was revised back then and everything was lined with high-quality Alcantara & leather. In addition, there was a lift and a set of off-road tires on black aluminum rims. But now there is something completely different that makes a huge difference, especially on the outside.

Carlex Design has its subsidiary pickup-design.com commissioned to create a body kit for the Wolfsburg pickup that ensures that the Amarok almost comes up with Dodge Ram or Ford F-150 flair. It is a Widebody kit that does not change the shape completely, but still prominently bulky. In front there is a completely newly developed bumper with striking air vents and integrated underrun protection and also the protective mask around the headlamp belongs to the body kit.
The new bumper is seamlessly linked to specially developed fender flares which, in contrast to the alternatives that are otherwise often installed, are not attached by exposed screw connections. The extensions include side markings integrated at the front and rear and ensure a particularly brawny appearance, even from the side. And also the rear has not been left original and so a new rear apron was developed here with tailpipe trims indicated on the right and left.
With high probability, the panels can also turn into real tailpipes insofar as a corresponding sports exhaust system is installed. Finally, even developed a spoiler lip for the tailgate and this comes with discreet trim for the taillights. In combination with the bumper, the rear looks significantly more valuable and not as barren as we find. Carlex Design calls the project AMY / VW Amarok Limited Edition and makes this with an individual foiling on the vehicle also clearly visible.
As with the above linked copy also has AMY get a higher lift and also a matte black 5-spoke wheelset including coarse-grained off-road tires. Last but not least, there was an LED light bar on the roof which provides adequate illumination of the street. And Carlex would not be Carlex if not the interior would bring a very individual touch. Here, too, the name AMY is put to use as often as possible, and so, for example, the completely leather-covered front and rear seats or even the center console carry an AMY logo.
The color is based on the exterior and these details are also applied to the gearshift bag of the selector lever and the new leather-covered, and clearly padded, steering wheel. If we get more details about the changes, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report. - unknown elevation (possibly with the Pedders suspension lift kit)
- Widebody kit (front bumper with integrated underrun protection, protective mask around the headlights, front and rear fender flares, rear apron with indicated tailpipe trims, spoiler lip for the tailgate, trim for the taillights)
- individual foiling all around
- LED lightbar on the roof
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)

And again, the team of Pickupdesign.com made a VW Amarok and completed it as "Amarok Amy". This time it is a black copy that draws attention to itself with its silver foiling and silver accents on the aerodynamic kit. But here too there are the coarse off-road tires on black aluminum rims and apart from the LED light bar on the roof, everything else found its way to the Wolfsburg pickup Amy Limited Edition Package is included.
Of course, this also applies to the interior, where Carlex Design has leather-edged the seats and, with further small accents, has given the cabin an individual flair. Have fun with the new pictures!

And another AMY Amarok VW. This time in chic blue and this time the pictures are from Richter Sport (UK) and it is more precise AJ Walker Photography in cooperation with the Volkswagen Van Center in Birmingham. As far as we know, this Amarok was raised using the Pedders suspension lift kit. The rest is typically "AMY" so that this copy is also on 18 inch wheels (rockstar Wheels) and is equipped with all-terrain tires.
