240PS ex works for the new Bi-TDI of the current Passat are already an announcement. If that's not enough, you can now get a "lookup" from the tuner B&B and have the Passat tuned up to 300PS. The double-charged two-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel from VW is pushed to this performance by means of a two-stage tuning kit.

With level 1, in conjunction with a newly programmed engine control and a boost pressure of 0,2 bar, 275PS / 570Nm is achieved. The cost is 1.298 euros. Stage 2 is then a bit more complex and requires, in addition to the new software, a processing of the intake paths, a modification of the air ducts and changes to the charge air cooling and the exhaust system. In the end, however, 300PS and 630Nm torque are available. With this data, the Passat sprints to 5,5 km / h in just 100 seconds and effortlessly reaches the electronically sealed 250 km / h.
The costs for this are € 3.950. So that the higher performance can also be safely implemented, B&B installs 25mm lowering springs or, if desired, a fully adjustable coilover suspension. By the way, there is also a sports exhaust system that should produce an additional 5-8 hp. If you have just under € 4.000 over, you can also have a 4 or 6 piston high-performance brake system installed.
