So really new is not a BMW M4 F82 Coupe with a Liberty Walk widebody kit! Already countless vehicles we have on tuningblog presents and actually this M4 could fit seamlessly into this list. But something is different! Is it the wheelset? The heavy lowering? The Sakhir Orange I paint job? Or just the edited photos? If we're honest, we don't know! But we find this M4, despite the eye-catching components, somehow coherent and successful and almost reserved. This Liberty Walk kit consists of a carbon front splitter for the standard M-bumper at the front, the distinctive and screwed-on wheel arch extensions front and rear, attachments for the side skirts, a fairly large spoiler lip for the tailgate and a relatively discreet diffuser for the rear bumper. There were also approaches on the right & left of the bumper.
Another highlight of the project is, of course, in the wheel arch. Here was a set 20 inch Forgiato Wheels TEC 2.2-R rims the Tecnica Performance Series with an elegant brushed finish. Obviously, there is also a significant lowering installed and if you look at the wheels that are deep in the wheel arch, nothing other than an Airride air suspension can be installed. However, we do not have any more detailed information on this, another option would be a special coilover kit. The rest of the M4 was not really touched and even the obligatory black kidneys and gills from the M Performance shelf were omitted here.
This M4 is very reminiscent of the conversion of JM Car Design, only we find the more extreme lowering and the TEC 2.2-R wheelset somehow more suitable. We hope that we will soon receive more pictures and possibly even a video of the M4, and we would be happy to receive further details about the modifications. These are the changes to the M4 Coupe:
- Liberty Walk widebody kit (fender widening all around, spoiler sword, side skirts, ducktail spoiler lip, approaches to the St0 catcher, diffuser)
- significant lowering (airride or coilover suspension)
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- Eventual a sports exhaust system
- Forgiato Wheels TEC 2.2-R Rims (20 inch)
