The wide, well-profiled seat offers maximum freedom of movement in all directions and thus enables more efficiency even with a sportier driving style.

The passenger can count on a spacious and comfortable seat, retractable footpegs under the rear and an extendable rear grab bar. The footrests and grab handle are practically invisible when they are closed and, together with the passenger seat cover that is included as standard and is easy to install, they enable the conversion from a two-seater to a single-seater in just a few simple steps.

The driver can fully and safely use the power of the Diavel V4 thanks to an extremely comprehensive electronics package. This further emphasizes the sporty soul of this motorcycle. The Diavel V4 offers three power modes and four riding modesSport, Touring, Urban and the new Riding Mode Wet, which was developed for less grippy surfaces. The Riding Modes allow the rider to adapt the engine power and the intervention of the riding aids (Ducati Traction Control, cornering ABS and Ducati Wheelie Control) to the current situation and the rider's preferences.

The cruise control system allows relaxed driving on the motorway, while the Launch Control ensures a rapid start and the Ducati Quick Shift up & down makes gear changes less tiring in general and more effective when driving in a sporty manner. The rider can control all electronic systems via the backlit controls on the handlebars and the new 5 inch TFT color display which also offers the possibility to pair the smartphone and use it for calls, text messages and music or to use the turn-by-turn navigation system (available as an accessory) via the Ducati Link app.

Those who want to increase the touring abilities of their Diavel V4 will find numerous options in the Ducati Performance catalogue, starting with the cases with a total capacity of 48 liters, for which the bike is already prepared (no frame required). In combination with the passenger backrest and the touring windshield, comfortable rides are also possible with a passenger. The sporty side of the Diavel V4 is further enhanced by the street legal rear silencer with four titanium end caps. Milled aluminum parts, carbon parts, forged wheels and brake calipers in red or black expand the options for customizing the new Diavel V4. Colors and availability: The new Diavel V4 will be available from January in European dealerships in classic Ducati Red or Thrilling Black.
