Extending motorcycling to year-round is becoming increasingly popular. With the right equipment, you no longer have to go without the pleasure of motorcycling, even in winter. Wunderlich's BAGPACKER II suitcase top bags not only offer decisive advantages to those who are out and about in the cold season and inevitably need more space for the "thick clothes". No, of course they offer additional, flexibly expandable storage space all year round: If you use both top bags, this is a minimum of 28 liters, which can easily be expanded to 46 liters. It is attached to the lashing eyes of the respective case, as with the EXTREME cases that Wunderlich offers for the BMW GS model series. For cases without lashing eyes - such as the BMW Vario cases - the BAGPACKER II can be fixed with Velcro straps. The BMW specialists at Wunderlich have developed special, functional luggage holders that have proven to be extremely practical for unrestricted use of the practical pull-outs of the Vario panniers on the BMW R 1200 GS and the F 750/850 GS models. The BAGPACKER II case top bags, but also other bags and soft luggage can be securely fastened to the luggage mounts.

Wunderlich top bags BAGPACKER II: Up to 46 liters of storage space on top

The perfectly fitting BAGPACKER II top bags, recognizable by the new, streamlined, functional Wunderlich design with subtle blue applications, find space on the side cases. The generous volume of 14 liters can be expanded by a further 9 liters to 23 liters using the pull-out. It can be pulled out via a circumferential zip. This makes them the ideal companions on the big tour.

The base of the top bag is equipped with an all-round, dimensionally stable insert. It therefore gives the luggage a secure hold and protection and it does not flutter even at high speeds and therefore does not cause any speed-related noise. They also offer a very comfortable armrest for the passenger. The blue inner lining, which is typical for Wunderlich, forms a high-contrast background against which you can also see small travel utensils. The zip is water-repellent and dustproof and has ergonomically shaped blue zips that can also be easily operated with gloves.

The top of the lid has a versatile mounting system, comparable to the military MOLLE system, consisting of regularly arranged oval openings. Additional accessory pockets can easily be individually integrated here using loops. The adjustable net made of an elastic band arranged in a zigzag is used to quickly hold gloves etc. Wunderlich has provided a comfortable carrying handle for transporting it from the motorbike to the hotel room. All in all, probably the most comfortable, safest and most sensible extension for the side cases.

Set of Wunderlich luggage mounts for the original BMW Vario cases

It is well known that you can never have enough space for luggage on a big tour. Many motorcycle travelers therefore transport additional soft luggage such as bags, rolls, tents, etc. on the side cases.
