The Cineco ES5, a 125-class electric scooter from Chinese manufacturer Cineco, is selling itself as the ideal solution for commuters. With a sturdy 8 kW peak power and a speed of up to 85 km/h the scooter promises a range of remarkable 110 kilometers. So let's look at those commuters who live in busy metropolitan areas where high speeds are the exception rather than the rule. The ES5, with its maximum speed of 85 km/h, is just right for them. In Germany, vehicles that drive faster than 60 km/h are allowed to drive on the Autobahn, but this is certainly not the preferred area of application for the ES5.
