A year later, in 2021, the market launch was announced and now, two years later, the production vehicle is ready model 2023 ready for worldwide use. The RQi, as a classic Naked Bikes is designed by a robust 30 kW electric motor driven. thanks to the coaxial designs of the gearbox output and swingarm bearing, the tension in the final drive does not change during compression, which suggests a chain as the secondary drive. Still, a quieter timing belt might be a better choice in this configuration. The bike is powered by a modular battery system with two removable Panasonic lithium-ion batteries and each battery has a capacity of 36 Ah at a voltage of 72 volt, resulting in a total capacity of about 2,6 kWh per battery .
