Is there a successor or none? It is not really certain whether BMW will reorganize the Gran Coupé and the convertible of the current 6 series in 2018. Finally, in the back of the mind is the BMW 9er Gran Coupé that makes the air significantly thinner for the 6er. The 8 Series with the internal code G17 is also due to come onto the market as a coupé in 2018 and of course it boosts the whole thing. Maybe the niche in the niche is slowly becoming too narrow for the 6! At the moment, however, these are speculations and we would rather not participate in the many rumors on the Internet, the current F06 Gran Coupe is viiiiiiiii much too chic for that. And with a little "tuning" in the right places, the F06 cannot be denied a top modern look. And what first thought comes to mind when you dive into tuning? For the masses, including myself, there is the sporty, sound-rich exhaust, the lowered chassis and of course a significantly increased performance (Chiptuning etc.) are high on the list of priorities. Tuning also means that the vehicle should receive a highly personal touch.
The viewing angle of each individual vehicle owner is just as individual. Although statistics are mostly incidental, they should not be underestimated. After all, we are talking here of 60% of all Tuningbegeisterten who first granted their car a new set of wheels and later dealt with the further measures such as chip tuning, etc. In comparison, the dimensions of the replaced rims are at least 1 inches above the sizes of the factory-original rims.

The often extremely price-intensive investment hardly leaves any deterrent marks because it actually pays off in retrospect and the design of the car is then presented in a remarkably new shine. The decisive factor for the highly frequented exchange of wheel sets is likely to be, among other things, the suitability for the masses of the standard rims, which are often presentable. However, the manufacturer orients itself more towards the large target groups and less towards the individualists. On top of that, the rim selection is made using the manufacturer's configurator and that was of course also the case with this 6 Series Gran Coupe. If you put your vehicle together using a configurator, there is ultimately hardly any space for a distinctive uniqueness. However, there is still a possibility to swim against the current and to be able to detach yourself from the general public. The plan B of the owner of the 6'er includes a look at the range of Vossen Wheels on offer. Thanks to the perfect combination, the piece of jewelery is now presented even better with a Vossen Wheels VFS-308 wheel set in 20 inches and in a breathtaking bronze finish. The additional modifications recognizable in the pictures make the production model an impressive eye-catcher. Of course, the 6 Series also owes the newly gained dynamism and the even sportier driving experience to the Vossen Wheels wheelset. No wonder, because the rims from Vossen Wheels are not only known in tuner circles for their first-class quality and, above all, for an exquisite range of products. With these respectable alternatives, the standard wheelsets are quickly overshadowed by the new rims.
