On paper, the differences are sometimes quite glaring. While the VW Golf GTi with 265PS is quite well motorized, the new Hondy Civic Type R with 310PS can do more than just hold against it. And the Seat Leon Cupra also packs a lot more on it with its 290PS. OK, in the GTi an additional 10PS is possible for a good 25 seconds by means of the "boost function" but on the one hand it is only 10 seconds and on the other hand, at least for the Civic, there is still a good deal missing.
