However, when choosing the intermediary, you should check the conditions very carefully, since the bonus payout is between 250 and 400 euros and the retained commission can vary from intermediary to intermediary. Furthermore, the dealers differ in the selection of fixed and variable bonuses. The check for possible fixed amounts should also be considered, since it can be assumed that CO₂ prices will increase in the next few years and that the middleman will therefore primarily benefit from this.

However, there is a risk with flexible margins that these can be reduced if prices go down. Therefore, due to the high market fluctuations, possible ranges for expected revenues are given. Particularly attractive are offers that a Guarantee minimum payment amount. The vehicle registration document must be resubmitted once a year in order to receive the annual proceeds. If an e-vehicle is not registered until later in the year, the owner will only receive a proportionate share of the proceeds. For used cars, if the previous owner has already received proceeds, this is in the same year cannot be resubmitted.
