However, whether this criminal offense exists depends on the circumstances of the individual case and must be decided by the court. However, insurance companies usually have a clear answer to the question of whether you can drive a car with an arm cast: No. In the event of an accident, they may not cover the full cost if the driver was driving with a disability. Insurance companies are convinced that drivers who drive with an arm cast - regardless of whether the vehicle is manual or automatic - act with gross negligence.
