The BILSTEIN B12 sports suspension range is enjoying increasing popularity: More and more drivers, workshops and parts dealers are opting for the performance suspension. Reason enough for suspension specialist BILSTEIN B12 expand the program significantly. With 285 new applications, an increase of 25 percent, BILSTEIN is taking the growing popularity into account. And that's no coincidence: With its sporty tuning, the B12 works more precisely than a standard chassis. Thanks to BILSTEIN's experience and tailor-made tuning, it also drives more harmoniously than a factory chassis. Ralf Burdinski, head of BILSTEIN road testing, explains the philosophy behind the B12 series: "The damping can be sporty, but not too tight. The steering behavior must be significantly more precise and, ultimately, driving comfort should not be neglected.”
B12 can go higher and lower
The B12 offers a fixed lowering of up to 40 mm (Pro-Kit) or 50 mm (Sportline). Compression travel and series connection remain the same as with the originalSuspension. With the standard wheel and tire combination there is therefore no grinding and no installation problems. The BILSTEIN B12 is also interesting for customers customerswho want to raise their vehicle. Because the BILSTEIN B12 Pro-Lift-Kit offers a vehicle lift of up to 30 mm and thus also allows moderate trips away from tarred roads.
BILSTEIN B12: Sporty, but not too tight tuning
The leading manufacturers of high-performance dampers and performance springs work particularly closely with BILSTEIN and Eibach on all B12 sports suspensions. Drivers can clearly feel the result: the body stabilized by installing B12 makes driving fun not only sportier, but also more harmonious than a Standard chassis.

The installation of the B12 chassis is completely problem-free and uses the mounting points of the series. A parts certificate is included with all B12 sports suspensions, so entry is very easy. The next program extension is already in the works. These include applications for the Audi A6 C8, BMW 5 Series G30, Cupra Born, Ford Focus IV, Mercedes C Class 206, CLA 118 and GLB X247 as well as VW Caddy V, T7 and ID.3.
