If you want to give a naturally aspirated engine significantly more power in a relatively simple way, you can get one Compressor system or alternatively by one Turbocharger conversion not around. And Viktor from Bulgaria did the latter on the engine of his vehicle. The times when the red BMW 325i of the E46 model generation had to be content with 192 hp are over. Instead, the M54 B25 six-cylinder now has about 350 PS. So it positions itself exactly between the then E43 M3 with 343 hp and the top model of the series, the CSL, with 360 hp.

One could also say that it is as powerful as the M3 GTR from 2001, which also mobilized 60 hp with the P40 B8 V350 engine. We currently have no information about the torque. Compared to the series with 245 Nm, a lot has happened here too. Apart from the turbocharger, there was one more coilover, EBC brake upgrade and of course a suitable one Chiptuning. The standard five-speed manual transmission is still installed and the changes are essentially rounded off with a new one wheelset and black kidneys.

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
