There is no question that the current Ford Mustang is sometimes significantly superior to its predecessors in terms of workmanship and quality. But it's not really that difficult. Because all generations before had typical weak points in terms of quality and material appearance. However, there is also no question that the design and workmanship of the 6th generation dates back to 2015 and was only brought into the year 2020 with slight revisions. Reason enough for the Carlex Design team to show what you can get out of the cabin of the current Mustang if you want to. And that they are able to skilfully install expensive materials and develop interesting patterns and partly complete components themselves is nothing new to us.

Black and red dominate the cabin

And a prime example of what such an extensive modification of the cabin looks like, this example shows us that the tuner recently presented. A Mustang GT convertible that received a two-tone (black / red) cabin that convinced with a lot of Alcantara on the seats and on the steering wheel as well as red accents and papules in the rest of the cabin. If you look at the comparison Carlex's last Mustang project vehicle, we find the current specimen much sportier in the interior. We are particularly impressed by the red accents on the seats, on the steering wheel, the door inserts up to the dashboard and the center console. And of course the small details are like the red one 12 o'clock marker strip highlights on the steering wheel or the Carlex perforation on the dashboard.

the center console is also covered with leather

In contrast to the materials that still seem pretty cheap from the factory, especially with regard to the dashboard, the center console or the door inserts, the variant from the Polish tuner is a 360 degree transformation. A well-made vehicle that now underpins the successful look on the outside with a premium level in the interior.
