At the beginning the GTO was a powerful variant of the Pontiac Tempest Le Mans and only 1 year later the GTO was established as an independent model. With a top speed of 200 km / h and an affordable price, it was sold over 1966 times in 95.000 alone. The success was almost unbroken until the early 70s and it was not until the mid-2003s that production of the GTO had to be discontinued due to weak sales. What distinguishes the current renovation?
There are extremely wide fenders all around, BBS drop-center rims, an AirLift-Performance Airride air suspension, a powerful spoiler lip at the front (carbon splitter), a ducktail spoiler lip at the rear and typical Restomod-Details such as state-of-the-art LED headlights front and rear. A large lamella cover is installed on the rear window and a look into the interior shows a roll cage and sports seats. And under the hood? There is no virtual insight, but Khyzyl Saleem would like to see an RX-7 (Code: FD) 13B-REW rotary engine there. Why? Because Khyzyh drives a Mazda RX-7 in real life.
