  1. Thank you for the detailed post on vehicle downtime during lengthy repairs. My car was also badly damaged in a rear-end collision through no fault of my own and the repair has been taking almost a month. I plan to definitely consult a lawyer if nothing changes. It really shouldn't take that long.
