The Eriba Car, a product from the manufacturer Hymer, is back and how! Known for its Eriba Touring Caravans, the brand is now experiencing a renaissance in the motorized recreational vehicle segment. Eriba already built motorized leisure vehicles between 1985 and 2010, but the latest creation, the Eriba Car 600, is a small masterpiece of modern campervan technology. Based on the tried and tested VW Crafter The Eriba Car 600 presents itself in a classic, yet elegant floor plan. With dimensions of 5,98 meters in length, 2,07 meters wide and a height of 2,70 meters it delivers a spacious and comfortable travel experience. Inside you will find a transverse bed in the rear, a conveniently arranged bathroom on the driver's side, a kitchen opposite the sliding door and a cozy semi-dinette with swivel cab seats.

What makes the Eriba Car 600 special are its chic accents and thoughtful details. This is striking Two-tone paint in blue-white, red-white or silver-gray, which makes it an eye-catcher. The interior features blue furniture torsos, dark wood and wall paneling made of pressed fleece. Customers can also choose between two fabric upholstery or two leather options. Particularly noteworthy is the lack of upper cabinets above the kitchen in favor of narrow shelves, which creates a spacious impression. The kitchen area of the Eriba Car 600 also shines with clever solutions. And an outstanding feature is that 90 liter compressor refrigerator, realized as a large drawer. An extendable board also provides additional work space. A small table on the outside of the kitchen block can also be folded out when the sliding door is open.

In the sleeping area, the transverse bed impresses with its length of up to 200 centimeters - a top value for the narrow Crafter body. The bed width of 136 centimeters corresponds to the class standard. The bathroom of the Eriba Car 600 scores with a folding sink and enough space for showering, although folding walls would be desirable instead of the shower curtain for more elegance. The kitchen is next to the refrigerator with a sink and an electric ignition Two-burner stove fitted. This also offers comfort Bench with its pleasantly sloping and well-shaped backrest. The table is sufficiently large and expandable, which makes it easier to eat together.

The Eriba Car 600 is built in a new campervan factory in Poland, which ensures short distances to VW Crafter production. With a base price of 74.990 EUR and good standard equipment, including automatic climate control, lane departure warning and adaptive cruise control, the Eriba Car 600 sets new standards. And in the First Edition, for an additional charge of EUR 8.500, the buyer can expect extras such as a 177 hp engine, eight-speed automatic transmission, a Truma diesel heater and more. Individually configurable models are planned from 2025. The Eriba Car 600 not only revitalizes the brand's motorized tradition, but also opens a new chapter in the history of campervans. Next on the agenda is a model with longitudinal beds in a six-meter Crafter. However, a semi-integrated model in the style of the Eriba-specific tubular steel construction is not planned for the time being. The Eriba Car 600 is not just a homage to the past, but a great step into the future of mobile travel.
